1. Meal Delivery Schedule : Meals will be delivered from Monday to Saturday each week. Sundays are non-operational, and no food deliveries will be made on this day.

2. Subscription and Payment Policy : All meal plans are provided on a prepaid subscription basis. Once a subscription is confirmed and payment is completed, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Non-Refundable Policy : Please note that Thanu'z Kitchen follows a strict no-refund policy. Customers are requested to review the meal plans and delivery schedule carefully before making a payment.

4. Modifications and Requests : Any changes or special requests must be communicated in advance and are subject to availability and kitchen capacity.
